Our nursery uses a "drip" system which consists of hose running throughout each area which drips water and nutrients into all of our plants at different times of the day. In the garden, we have a sprinkling system much of the same design that also delivers the required water and nutrients. This system lets us do the work we need while the plants get watered automatically. Each plant gets just as much care as the next one, except if one is looking a little under-the-weather!
The sprinkling system can be seen above the roses and running over the frames of the beds in the garden. Both the sprinklers and the drippers run on timers which water the plants at the most vital part of the day, while the heat is most intense.
